Keep the kiddos busy this summer and those minds working with these local summer reading programs that you don't want to miss!


  • Barnes & Noble (Millbury)
    • Escape Into Summer Reading
      • Program Dates: Bring your completed journal to a Barnes & Noble store between July 1 and August 31, 2024.
      • For Kids in Grades 1-6.
      • Details: Read any eight books this summer, bring your completed journal to a Barnes & Noble store, and then choose a free book from their curated selection of books.

  • Blackstone Valley 14: Cinema de Lux (Millbury)
    • Bookworm Wednesdays
      • Program Dates: Wednesdays - July 10, July 17, July 24, and July 31.
      • Details:  Bookworm Wednesdays entitles kids to free movie admission to a select children's film when they present a book report. Accompanying parents or guardians and children under six years of age receive free admission and do not need to submit a book report.

      • Program Dates: Starts Monday, June 24, 2024
