Description
On Monday, May 27, 2024, the annual Memorial Day parade will be held, rain or shine. Participants are to assemble at 1:30 PM within the main entrance of the Masonic Home complex at 88 Masonic Home Road. Step off time is scheduled for 2:00 PM. Marchers will parade to the Town Library. Memorial wreaths will be placed on the Town Honor Roll. Memorial rifle salutes will be given.
All citizens and veterans are urged to attend and, if possible, participate in one of the most solemn and meaningful days of the year, MEMORIAL DAY. We must never forget those who made the supreme sacrifice ensuring our freedom, at the same time remembering those men and women who are now serving in our armed forces around the world.
