Description
Brandy Lefsyk, movement muse, Reiki master, Hometown yogi, and owner of Home & Heart Studio in Orange, MA, will be teaching a kids yoga & meditation class at the Library. Participants will move and breathe and enjoy a relaxing mini sound bath meditation. Recommended for ages 4-12 years. No experience necessary. Kids can bring their own yoga mat. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water.
