Capen Hill has 86 acres of diversified habitats. Trails meander past forest glades, wildflower meadows, and shaded woodland pools. Their visitor's center is resident to many native and non-native birds, mammals, amphibians and reptiles. There is a nature gift shop and library on the premise.
Throughout the year, they offer individually tailored programs for schools, scouts, home schooled groups or individuals as well as seasonal programs such as bird house building or wreath making. They host birthday parties which include a hands on animal program and lollipop scavenger hunt. During the summer our popular nature camp takes place with their antique barn being the headquarters!
